Kayla joined NCM in January 2022. She is experienced in event planning, development, fundraising and non-profit management. Prior to joining North County Ministry as their Executive Director, Kayla worked with the Family YMCA of the Glens Falls Area as their Campaign & Events Director for four years. At the Y she coordinated many fundraising efforts that, which included an Annual Meeting, Golf Tournament, and multiple fundraising campaigns annually. Kayla is excited to serve her community as she was born and raised in Chestertown, a graduate from North Warren and now owns her home in Brant Lake. Kayla is passionate about giving back to a community that contributed so much to her upbringing and who she is today.

Laurie joined the Warrensburg team in 2019. She is a North Warren alumni and has 20 years experience as a Legal Assistant. Her family is highly involved in the Volunteer Chestertown Fire Department. Laurie is compassionate and willing to do whatever is needed to help people in need. She holds experience and skills in managing daily office operations and coordinating events.

Rebecca has been the caseworker at the Warrensburg Center since 2012. As an alumni of Warrensburg School and SUNY Adirondack, she is devoted to helping her community. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Castleton University in Sociology and has over ten years of experience in the field of social work. Her passion lies on the local community theater stage, acting and singing. She also participates in comic conventions, promoting her own anti-bullying comic Lonely Girl.

Gary has been a team member of NCM since the summer of 2018 and transitioned into this role in December 2022. He uses his expert skill set to keep our program locations and facilities tidy and in working order. He also supports the operations of our Food Pantries, Clothing Center and Furniture Program.
Erin Fritz

Erin started in education 15 years ago as a lead teacher in a Philadelphia Pre-K program. She worked with the 3- and 4-year-old program to help children prepare for elementary school learning. Erin completed her Master of Education School Counseling in 2016 from Gwynedd Mercy University. Before relocating to the Adirondacks, Erin was the Head of Counseling department at Keystone Academy Charter School in Philadelphia. Erin’s objective as a school counselor was to offer a safe and inclusive place to support each student for success in their future endeavors.

Chris is the newest member of the North Country team, joining in July 2023. Having moved to the Adirondacks from his home state of West Virginia, he brings with him over 10 years of experience in ministry. Chris is both a graduate of the Word of Life Bible Institute and Liberty University, where received a Bachelor’s in Religious Studies. In addition to his role here, Chris also serves as Pastor of Stony Creek Community Church.
